Abi has provided vehicles and mobiles to the technicians and mechanics to ensure that the customer gets prompt and efficient service and also we maintains computerized breakdown record of every elevator in case of frequent breakdown calls abi immediately sends the expert to rectify the same gives personal attention to every elevator erected and maintained.

Ordinary service maintenance contract: Abi service will regularly examine, lubricate and clean the machine, motor, controller, bearing, guides and if required make minor adjustments to ensure smooth and safe operation of the elevator Abi service will provide emergency breakdown service apart from monthly routine checkup Break down service will not be given on Sundays and holidays Abi will not make any replacement of parts of equipments All the repair work will be undertaken only after the cutomer approves abi’s estimate Comprehensive maintenance service contract Abi service will regularly examine, lubricate and clean the machine, motor, controller, bearing, guides and if required make minor adjustments to ensure smooth and safe operation of the elevator Abi service will provide emergency breakdown service apart from monthly routine checkup Break down service will not be given on Sundays and holidays Abi at its option, replace or repair any parts details as follows which in its opinion are defective controller parts, thrust housing, brake core, carbon brushes, motor oil seal , relays contractors, contacts, resistance, elements, rectifier, transformer, phase failure, relay, speed governor, terminal switches, limit switch, gate locks, guide shoe liners, indicator bulbs, electronic cards, PCB, overload relay, timing devices, hall button box parts, final limit switches, relay coil, retiring camp, coil, car gate switches, brake liners and other electrical and mechanical parts. Abi elevator will furnish all the parts listed above on an exchange basis under basis which replaced parts becomes the property of abi Abi will not make any replacement of parts or equipment for any cause or reason beyond its control except normal wear and tear

Door / Gate replacement – Collapsible gates into Imperforated gates – Conversion of Manual Doors into Automatic Doors. Replacement of Control panel. – Converting Single Call into Down Collective or Selective Collective Control. Push Box Units replacement – Into Digital 7 Segment or LCD display with feather touch buttons. Incorporation of Variable Voltage Variable Frequency Drive (VVVF) – To achieve perfect leveling and jerk free start & stop Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) Addition – This device will bring the elevator to the nearest landing in case of power failure. In case of power door, it will open the door also.
Replacement of Cabin Assy. – Wooden cabin into Mild Steel or Stainless Steel cabin. Replacement of Machinery Unit assembly. Replacement of Gate locks with movable contact. Other Value addition such as Floor annunciate, Inverter for Emergency Light and Alarm, Overload warning device, Full height Light curtain, VVVF drive for Door operator, Surface mounted Push button stations etc
